TransUnion (TRU) said Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Todd Cello will step down from his positions effective December 31, 2026, ending a 29-year tenure at the company that includes nine years as CFO. The credit reporting and data analytics firm did not name a successor. The company reaffirmed its guidance for the third quarter and fiscal year 2026 in the same announcement. TransUnion did not disclose a reason for the departure or detail transition plans. Cello's exit marks a leadership change at the Chicago-based information and insights provider, which serves businesses across financial services, insurance and healthcare.
