TTM Technologies (TTMI) acquires two European PCB firms, boosting medical and defense presence
TTM Technologies (TTMI) announced on June 18, 2026, it will acquire Swiss Technology Group AG (STG) and Germany's ILFA GmbH in all-cash deals, pending approval. Expected to close in Q3 2026, these deals establish TTM's first European operations, expanding its medical, aerospace, and defense market presence. The acquisitions enhance TTM's high-end PCB and microelectronics capabilities. STG, established 2023, specializes in miniaturized medical circuits for applications like surgical robots. ILFA, a 45-year German PCB maker, serves aerospace, defense, industrial, and medical sectors, offering specialized processes including electro-optical PCBs. CEO Edwin Roks stated the acquisitions broaden TTM's technology and market presence, increasing its long product lifecycle business. TTM expects the transactions to be slightly accretive to earnings. The company targets future growth in AI data centers, aerospace/defense (46% of 2025 revenue), and medical markets.
