Upbound Group Appoints Scott Young as COO, Dev Chakraborty to Lead Brigit

Upbound Group, Inc. (UPBD) announced on Sept. 22, 2026, the appointment of Scott Young as Chief Operating Officer, a newly created position, and Dev Chakraborty as Senior Vice President and Head of Brigit. The Plano, Texas-based financial solutions company said Young will oversee operational functions across the organization, while Chakraborty will lead the Brigit business unit. Upbound Group provides data-driven financial products and services. Terms of the appointments were not disclosed.
