Select Water Solutions reported first-quarter 2026 revenue and profitability above Wall Street expectations, supported by stronger volumes and margins in its Water Infrastructure segment, though total sales declined modestly from a year earlier. Management said new commercial agreements across multiple basins, recent contract wins and integration of acquired assets helped lift utilization and add revenue. CEO John Schmitz cited the Northern Delaware acquisitions as a contributor to improved operating performance. The Chemical Technologies unit benefited from demand tied to new product development, while Water Services exceeded expectations on higher activity and spot market sales. Shares of Select Water Solutions traded at $17.28 after the earnings update, little changed from $17.25 before the report.
