Xponential Fitness (NYSE: XPOF) shares fell 14% to close at $5.60 on May 13, 2026, after the boutique fitness franchisor reported first-quarter 2026 results that missed Wall Street expectations on revenue and earnings. Revenue fell 21% year over year to $60.71 million, below analysts’ consensus estimate of $64.01 million. The company reported an adjusted loss of $0.04 per share, compared with expectations for adjusted earnings of $0.13 per share. Free cash flow deteriorated to negative $22.15 million from positive $5.35 million a year earlier, adding to investor concerns despite improved operating margin. Xponential Fitness shares are down 30.2% in 2026 and trade 49.2% below their 52-week high of $11.01 reached in July 2025.
