Yext Signs Deal to Acquire Flamel.ai, Shares Slip After Hours

Yext, Inc. (YEXT) said on September 30, 2026, that it signed an agreement to acquire Flamel.ai for an undisclosed sum, adding paid media capabilities to its enterprise marketing platform. The deal folds paid media into Yext's existing offerings alongside search, listings, reviews, webpages and social, enabling brands to use Scout's insights to attract more customers. Yext said the transaction will be funded with cash on hand and is expected to close in its fourth quarter ending January 31, 2027. On the NYSE, Yext shares traded 0.08 percent lower after hours at $6.47, after closing the September 30 session down 0.15 percent.
