Asia Broadband Approves Additional $18 Million for Share Buyback, Total Authorization Reaches $30 Million
Asia Broadband (AABB) approved an additional $18 million for share repurchases on Thursday, raising the total authorized amount to $30 million. The buyback will be funded from the company's cash reserves. The company had repurchased approximately $11.9 million in shares through June 30, 2026, under a program launched in the first quarter of 2025. CEO Timothy Gomez said the expanded program is intended to support shareholders. Despite record third-quarter production revenue, the company said its share price has not reflected its performance. Management plans to increase revenue and build long-term shareholder value while exploring additional growth opportunities. On OTC Markets OTCID, the shares were trading 32.00 percent up at $0.0099.
