Alamos Gold Q3 Profit Falls to $165.6 Million Despite 10.4% Revenue Growth

Alamos Gold Inc. (AGI.TO) reported third-quarter net income of $165.6 million, or $0.39 per share, down sharply from $276.3 million, or $0.65 per share, a year earlier. Excluding items, the gold miner posted adjusted earnings of $184.0 million, or $0.44 per share. Revenue for the quarter rose 10.4% to $510.4 million from $462.3 million last year, even as the bottom line declined.
