Align Technology Q3 Profit Rises to $135 Million as Revenue Grows 1.8% to $1.014 Billion

Align Technology Inc. (ALGN) reported third-quarter earnings of $135.044 million, or $1.90 per share, up sharply from $56.753 million, or $0.78 per share, in the same period last year, the orthodontic device maker said. Excluding items, adjusted earnings totaled $198.907 million, or $2.80 per share. Revenue rose 1.8% to $1.014 billion from $995.692 million a year earlier. The company guided fourth-quarter revenue to a range of $1.000 billion to $1.020 billion and full-year revenue to $4.110 billion to $4.130 billion.
