Ares Forms €1.5 Billion European Logistics Partnership with Norges Bank

Ares Management Corp. (ARES) said Wednesday that its real estate platform, Ares Real Estate, formed a European logistics investment partnership with Norges Bank Investment Management, which committed €1.5 billion in equity. Under the first collaboration between the two firms, Ares will target logistics investment opportunities across Europe, focusing on modern, high-quality assets. Ares Real Estate is a vertically integrated manager with about $121 billion in assets under management as of June 30.
