Armour Residential REIT Posts $323.7 Million Q3 Loss on ARR Shares Down 28% Year-to-Date

Armour Residential REIT Inc. (ARR) reported a third-quarter loss of $323.7 million on Wednesday, reversing a profit from the same period a year earlier. The loss amounted to $2.26 per share. Adjusted earnings, excluding non-recurring costs, came to 71 cents per share. The Vero Beach, Florida-based real estate investment trust posted revenue of $274.3 million, with adjusted revenue of $83.7 million. Shares of ARR have fallen 28% since the start of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, the stock hit $12.81, down 18% over the past 12 months.
