ATI Raises FY26 Adjusted Earnings Guidance to $5.17-$5.23 Per Share

ATI, Inc. (ATI) raised its fiscal 2026 adjusted earnings forecast to a range of $5.17 to $5.23 per share, up from its prior guidance of $4.90 to $5.18, the specialty metals maker said Thursday while reporting third-quarter financial results. For the fourth quarter, the company expects adjusted earnings of $1.51 to $1.57 per share. Shares rose in Thursday's pre-market trading on the NYSE, trading at $161.40, up $3.77, or 2.28%.
