Anthropic's first public S-1 filing reveals nearly $1 trillion in contracted computing and infrastructure obligations, with Broadcom (AVGO) as its largest counterparty at $161.2 billion, ahead of SpaceX at $120.5 billion. The five-year Broadcom master equipment lease, used to acquire hardware deployed in third-party operated data centers, is non-cancelable absent default. Additional commitments include $125 billion to $150 billion for other suppliers, including Google (GOOGL) TPUs, from 2028 to 2031; Google at $114.5 billion; Amazon (AMZN) at $110 billion payable through 2036 regardless of usage; Microsoft (MSFT) at $44.9 billion through May 2033; Nscale at $44.6 billion, contingent on securing financing; and Lambda at $41.3 billion through 2034.
