Brandywine Realty Trust Posts $24.6 Million in Q3 FFO, Revenue of $125.6 Million

Brandywine Realty Trust (BDN) reported third-quarter funds from operations of $24.6 million, or 14 cents per share, the Philadelphia-based real estate investment trust said Wednesday. The company recorded a net loss of $22.3 million, or 13 cents per share, on revenue of $125.6 million. Adjusted revenue was $118.7 million. Brandywine guided full-year funds from operations to a range of 54 cents to 56 cents per share. Shares closed Wednesday's session at $2.70, down from $3.68 a year earlier.
