Bloom Energy Expands Fremont Manufacturing Capacity as BE Stock Surges 228% on AI Power Demand
Bloom Energy (BE) acquired a 158,000-square-foot facility in Fremont, California, expanding manufacturing capacity to meet AI data center power demand. The stock has climbed 232% year-to-date and 228% over the past 12 months. The company reported Q2 revenue of $1.065 billion, up 166% year-over-year, with a 33.4% gross margin and 22.5% operating margin. Bloom raised its fiscal 2026 operating income guidance to $800 million to $900 million from $425 million to $450 million. Brookfield (BN) expanded its financing commitment to $25 billion in June 2026. CEO K.R. Sridhar said all major U.S. hyperscalers and more than a dozen neoclouds and AI labs have approved Bloom's solid-oxide fuel-cell systems. The company projects 25 GW of deployment visibility. Wall Street maintains a "Moderate Buy" consensus, with an average price target of $285.82.
