Bloom Energy Swings to Q3 Profit on 138% Revenue Growth, Guides 2026 Higher

Bloom Energy Corp. (BE) reported third-quarter net income of $250.3 million, or $0.78 per share, reversing a prior-year loss of $23.1 million, or $0.10 per share, the company said Thursday. Adjusted earnings per share rose to $0.94 from $0.15. Revenue climbed 138.1% to $1.24 billion from $519.0 million a year earlier. Gross margin expanded to 33.8% from 29.2%, and adjusted gross margin improved to 34.5% from 30.4%. For full-year 2026, Bloom Energy expects revenue of $4.4 billion to $4.6 billion and adjusted earnings per share of $3.10 to $3.40.
