Bank First Corp. Posts $23.8M Q3 Profit, Adjusted EPS of $2.35

Bank First Corporation (BFC) on Tuesday reported third-quarter profit of $23.8 million, or $2.15 per share. Adjusted for merger and acquisition costs, earnings were $2.35 per share. The Manitowoc, Wisconsin-based bank posted revenue of $86.1 million for the period, with revenue net of interest expense at $65.3 million. Shares of Bank First have risen 22% since the start of the year and stood at $148.59 in the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, up 19% over the past 12 months.
