Builders FirstSource Q3 Profit Falls to $60.4 Million as Revenue Slips 2.2%

Builders FirstSource, Inc. (BLDR) reported third-quarter earnings of $60.41 million, or $0.56 per share, down from $122.38 million, or $1.10 per share, in the same period last year. Excluding items, the building products supplier posted adjusted earnings of $162.2 million, or $1.51 per share. Revenue declined 2.2% to $3.854 billion from $3.941 billion a year earlier. The company guided full-year revenue to a range of $14.2 billion to $14.6 billion.
