Blackbaud Posts Q3 Net Income of $46.1 Million, Guides Full-Year EPS to $5.15-$5.25

Blackbaud Inc. (BLKB) on Wednesday reported third-quarter net income of $46.1 million, or $1.02 per share, with adjusted earnings of $1.36 per share. The Charleston, South Carolina-based software and services provider to the nonprofit sector posted revenue of $292.6 million for the period. Blackbaud guided full-year earnings to a range of $5.15 to $5.25 per share, with revenue of $1.17 billion to $1.18 billion. Shares of the company have fallen 19% since the start of the year and are down 21% over the past 12 months.
