Blackstone Q3 Earnings Rise to $662.4 Million Despite Slight Revenue Decline

Blackstone Inc. (BX) reported higher third-quarter earnings from a year earlier, with net income rising to $662.372 million, or $0.83 per share, compared with $624.917 million, or $0.80 per share, in the prior-year period. Revenue for the quarter slipped 0.8% to $3.062 billion from $3.088 billion last year, the company said. The results reflect modest bottom-line growth at the alternative asset manager even as top-line revenue edged lower.
