CBRE Q3 Net Income Rises to $443 Million, Revenue Up 12.7%

CBRE Group Inc. (CBRE) reported higher third-quarter net income Thursday, with earnings attributable to the company rising to $443 million from $363 million a year earlier, as revenue climbed to $11.52 billion from $10.22 billion. Earnings per share were $1.52 versus $1.21 last year. Core adjusted net income increased to $599 million from $481 million, and core earnings per share came in at $2.05 versus $1.60. Core EBITDA rose to $1.001 billion from $779 million, while operating income jumped to $561 million from $481 million. The commercial real estate services and investment firm's stock closed 0.31% higher at $134.65 on the New York Stock Exchange and traded up 0.78% at $135.70 overnight.
