Civista Bancshares Posts Higher Q3 Income, EPS Rises to $0.77

Civista Bancshares Inc. (CIVB) reported a rise in third-quarter earnings compared with the same period last year, with net income totaling $16.02 million, or $0.77 per share. That compares with $12.76 million, or $0.68 per share, a year earlier. Revenue for the quarter rose 11.1% to $49.08 million from $44.18 million last year. The results are reported on a GAAP basis.
