CLPS Extends 1 Million Share Buyback Program Through July 2027

CLPS Inc. (CLPS) said Thursday its board extended the company's existing 1-million-share repurchase program through July 3, 2027, adding eight months to a plan originally set to expire November 4. The buyback began February 5 and authorizes repurchase of up to 1 million outstanding common shares. As of October 28, CLPS had bought back 240,841 shares, leaving up to 759,159 shares available. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. CLPS shares closed Wednesday down 6.60% at $0.9200 on the Nasdaq.
