Columbia Sportswear Q3 Earnings Rise to $84.74 Million, Revenue Up 2%

Columbia Sportswear Company (COLM) reported third-quarter earnings of $84.74 million, or $1.66 per share, up from $52.01 million, or $0.95 per share, in the same period last year. Revenue for the period rose 2.0% to $962.58 million from $943.43 million a year earlier, the apparel maker said. For the next quarter, the company guided earnings per share of $1.85 to $2.10 and revenue of $1.108 billion to $1.145 billion.
