JPMorgan Chase, Coca-Cola and Dell Technologies are among seven companies newly added to OKXICE TSV's list of objecting issuers, according to a notice dated Tuesday, bringing the total to 33 from 26 a day earlier. Advanced Micro Devices, Adobe, Applied Materials and Sandisk were also added. The list has expanded rapidly, from nine on Oct. 15 to 16 on Oct. 19 and 22 on Oct. 23. Earlier objectors include Microsoft, Alphabet, Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, Intel and Oracle, with JPMorgan the third major bank to object. Under the SEC's innovation exemption unveiled in September, a venue must notify a company before offering tokenized versions of its shares by an unaffiliated third party. A written objection within 30 days blocks that stock from trading on the venue, though the objection applies only to that platform. Notices have not disclosed the companies' reasons. OKXICE TSV, a 50-50 joint venture between Intercontinental Exchange and OKX's U.S. holding company, plans to offer 24/7 trading of tokenized U.S. stocks through permissioned Uniswap v4 pools on OKX's XLayer blockchain, paired with stablecoins such as USDC. Nvidia, Tesla, Apple and Amazon have not objected so far.
