Carlisle (CSL) Q3 Revenue Rises 8.7% to $1.463 Billion; Adjusted EPS $5.92

Carlisle Companies Inc. (CSL) reported third-quarter revenue of $1.463 billion, up 8.7% from $1.346 billion a year earlier, the company announced. GAAP earnings totaled $208.1 million, or $5.24 per share, compared with $214.2 million, or $4.98 per share, last year. Excluding items, adjusted earnings were $235.0 million, or $5.92 per share. The company also said consolidated fourth-quarter revenues were up a high-single-digit percentage year-over-year.
