Community Trust Bancorp Q3 Profit Rises to $25.89 Million, Revenue Up 11.5%

Community Trust Bancorp Inc. (CTBI) reported higher third-quarter earnings, with profit rising to $25.89 million, or $1.43 per share, from $23.91 million, or $1.32 per share, a year earlier. Revenue for the period increased 11.5% to $79.70 million from $71.50 million last year. The results reflect year-over-year growth in both GAAP earnings and top-line revenue for the Kentucky-based bank holding company.
