Cousins Properties Posts $123.8M FFO in Q3, Guides Full-Year FFO of $2.95-$2.99 Per Share

Cousins Properties Inc. (CUZ) reported third-quarter funds from operations of $123.8 million, or 75 cents per share, on Thursday, a key profitability measure for the Atlanta-based real estate investment trust. The company posted net income of $17 million, or 10 cents per share, on revenue of $259.4 million. Adjusted revenue came in at $257.3 million. Funds from operations adds back items such as depreciation and amortization to net income and is closely watched across the REIT industry. Cousins guided full-year FFO to a range of $2.95 to $2.99 per share.
