CVS Class Action Settlement Claim Deadline Set for Nov. 16, 2026
CVS Health (CVS) users in the United States who used the company's website or app before July 27, 2026, are eligible to file claims in a class action settlement over an alleged data privacy issue that may have disclosed health, personal or private information. CVS and other defendants have denied the allegations. Claims must be submitted via the settlement website by Nov. 16, 2026. Claimants may receive up to $5 without documentation or up to $10 with proof, with the actual cash amount depending on the number of valid claims filed. Those who take no action forfeit their payment and their right to any further legal action against the defendants or other released parties. The deadline to opt out of the settlement is Nov. 1, which forfeits payment but retains legal rights. The settlement administrator can be reached at 888-654-1271 or info@CVSDigitalPrivacySettlement.com.
