D.R. Horton Q4 Earnings Fall to $741.8 Million as Revenue Slips 3.2%

D.R. Horton Inc. (DHI) reported fourth-quarter earnings of $741.8 million, or $2.67 per share, down from $905.3 million, or $3.04 per share, a year earlier. Revenue fell 3.2% to $9.371 billion from $9.677 billion. The homebuilder's bottom line declined on both a net income and per-share basis, according to GAAP figures. Looking ahead, D.R. Horton issued guidance for fiscal 2027, projecting consolidated revenues in the range of $30.0 billion to $32.0 billion.
