Digital Realty Q3 Earnings Rise to $185 Million, Revenue Up 20.6% on Data Center Demand

Digital Realty Trust Inc. (DLR) reported third-quarter earnings of $185.165 million, or $0.48 per share, up from $57.631 million, or $0.15 per share, a year earlier. Revenue for the period rose 20.6% to $1.902 billion from $1.577 billion last year, the data center REIT said. The company issued full-year earnings guidance of $2.90 to $2.95 per share and revenue guidance of $7.050 billion to $7.125 billion.
