Estee Lauder Companies Inc. (EL) announced Friday a strategic partnership with Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) to strengthen cloud infrastructure, data capabilities and artificial intelligence adoption across the enterprise, central to the cosmetics maker's "One Operating Ecosystem" platform. The expanded collaboration centers on a Unified Data Platform built on Microsoft technology, connecting data across brands, regions, channels and functions to cut duplication and enable reusable data products. The company said Copilot has been deployed to more than 14,000 office-based employees as part of its Decision Intelligence push.
