Equity Lifestyle Properties Posts Lower Q3 Profit Despite 4.2% Revenue Growth

Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc. (ELS) reported third-quarter earnings of $86.425 million, or $0.45 per share, down from $97.130 million, or $0.50 per share, a year earlier. Revenue for the period rose 4.2% to $409.903 million from $393.314 million last year. The company guided next-quarter EPS to a range of $0.50 to $0.56 and full-year EPS to $2.00 to $2.06.
