EPR Properties Q3 Net Income Rises to $94.1 Million, Raises Full-Year FFOAA Guidance

EPR Properties (EPR) reported Wednesday third-quarter net income available to common shareholders of $94.1 million, or $1.22 per share, up from $60.6 million, or $0.79 per share, a year earlier. Total revenue rose 12% to $204.1 million from $182.3 million in the prior-year quarter. Funds From Operations As Adjusted (FFOAA) increased 10.4% to $117.4 million, with FFOAA per share up 8.8% to $1.49 from $1.37. Adjusted Funds From Operations grew 11.4% to $121.1 million, or $1.54 per share, up 10.8%. The real estate investment trust raised its 2026 FFOAA per share outlook to a range of $5.49 to $5.57, from $5.41 to $5.57 previously.
