Etsy Q3 Profit Jumps to $853.52 Million as Revenue Rises 10.9%

Etsy Inc. (ETSY) reported third-quarter earnings of $853.52 million, or $7.31 per share, up sharply from $75.50 million, or $0.63 per share, in the same period last year. Revenue for the quarter rose 10.9% to $692.47 million from $624.15 million a year earlier, the company said. The GAAP results mark a substantial year-over-year increase in both profitability and top-line growth for the online marketplace operator.
