First Commonwealth Financial Q3 Profit Rises to $44.9 Million, Revenue Up 5.2%

First Commonwealth Financial Corporation (FCF) reported higher third-quarter profit, with net income totaling $44.943 million, or $0.45 per share, up from $41.328 million, or $0.40 per share, a year earlier. Excluding certain items, the bank holding company posted adjusted earnings of $45.442 million, or $0.45 per share, for the period. Revenue rose 5.2% to $143.047 million from $135.980 million in the same quarter last year, according to the GAAP results.
