FTI Consulting Q3 Profit Falls to $63.45 Million as Revenue Rises 5.8%

FTI Consulting Inc. reported third-quarter net income of $63.45 million, or $2.35 per share, down from $82.82 million, or $2.60 per share, in the same period last year, the company said. Excluding items, the consulting firm posted adjusted earnings of $103.69 million, or $3.84 per share. Revenue for the quarter rose 5.8% to $1.012 billion from $956.16 million a year earlier. The company guided full-year earnings per share to a range of $9.50 to $10.00, with revenue projected between $3.940 billion and $4.100 billion.
