Comfort Systems USA Q3 Profit Rises to $489 Million as Revenue Jumps 53.7%

Comfort Systems USA, Inc. (FIX) reported higher third-quarter earnings, with profit climbing to $489.044 million, or $13.91 per share, from $291.615 million, or $8.25 per share, a year earlier. Revenue for the period rose 53.7% to $3.766 billion from $2.450 billion last year, the company said. The results reflect GAAP figures for the quarter.
