FMC Corporation (FMC) reported a sharply wider third-quarter loss Thursday, driven largely by non-cash impairment and tax-related adjustments. Net loss attributable to stockholders widened to $2.07 billion, or $15.54 per share, from $569.3 million, or $4.52 per share, a year earlier. Revenue fell 80% to $105.9 million from $542.2 million, reflecting an estimated $639 million revenue hit and a $672 million reduction to adjusted EBITDA from October commercial actions revising North American pricing and rebate arrangements. Adjusted loss per share was $4.41, versus adjusted earnings of $0.89 a year ago. For the fourth quarter, FMC projects revenue excluding India of $1.04 billion to $1.14 billion, adjusted EBITDA of $210 million to $230 million, and adjusted EPS of $0.56 to $0.70. For full-year 2026, it expects revenue excluding India of $2.75 billion to $2.85 billion and an adjusted EBITDA loss of $104 million to $124 million.
