FormFactor Q3 Earnings Beat Estimates With $73.8 Million Profit, Revenue Tops Forecasts

FormFactor Inc. (FORM) on Wednesday reported third-quarter earnings of $73.8 million, or 93 cents per share, beating Wall Street expectations. Adjusted earnings came to $1.04 per share, surpassing the 86-cent average estimate from four Zacks Investment Research analysts. The Livermore, California-based integrated circuits diagnostic company posted revenue of $280.5 million, topping the $270.6 million forecast. For the fiscal fourth quarter ending in December, FormFactor expects per-share earnings of 86 cents to $1.04 and revenue of $275 million to $295 million.
