First Solar Q3 Profit Rises to $571 Million Despite 22.8% Revenue Decline; Maintains Full-Year Guidance

First Solar Inc. (FSLR) reported third-quarter net income of $571.063 million, or $5.30 per share, up from $455.943 million, or $4.24 per share, a year earlier, the solar panel maker said. Revenue fell 22.8% to $1.230 billion from $1.594 billion last year, according to the company's GAAP results. First Solar reiterated full-year revenue guidance of $4.6 billion to $4.9 billion.
