Franklin Street Properties Posts $1.4 Million FFO, $9.1 Million Loss in Q3

Franklin Street Properties Corp. (FSP) reported third-quarter funds from operations of $1.4 million, or 1 cent per share, the Wakefield, Massachusetts-based real estate investment trust said Tuesday. The company posted a net loss of $9.1 million, or 9 cents per share, for the period. Revenue totaled $24.9 million. Funds from operations, a closely watched REIT profitability measure, adds back items such as depreciation and amortization to net income.
