FirstService Q3 Profit Falls to $42.9 Million as Revenue Rises 5.8%

FirstService Corp. (FSV.TO) reported third-quarter net income of $42.912 million, or $0.99 per share, down from $57.168 million, or $1.24 per share, a year earlier. Excluding items, the company posted adjusted earnings of $82.075 million, or $1.89 per share. Revenue for the period rose 5.8% to $1.531 billion from $1.447 billion last year.
