Getty Realty Posts Q3 FFO of $41.1 Million, Reaffirms Full-Year Guidance

Getty Realty Corp. (GTY) reported third-quarter funds from operations of $41.1 million, or 64 cents per share, on Wednesday, a key profitability measure for the New York-based real estate investment trust. Net income for the period totaled $25.6 million, or 40 cents per share, while revenue came in at $63 million, or $62.3 million on an adjusted basis. FFO adds back items such as depreciation and amortization to net income. The company guided full-year funds from operations to a range of $2.53 to $2.54 per share.
