Highwoods Properties Q3 Earnings Rise to $31.75 Million, Revenue Up 8.1%

Highwoods Properties Inc. (HIW) reported third-quarter earnings of $31.750 million, or $0.29 per share, up from $12.877 million, or $0.12 per share, a year earlier. Revenue for the period rose 8.1% to $218.183 million from $201.773 million last year. The GAAP results compare with prior-year figures of $12.877 million in earnings and $0.12 per share on revenue of $201.773 million.
