Hilton Worldwide Holdings (HLT) raised its full-year revenue per available room guidance to 4% to 4.5% after third-quarter business-transient RevPAR rose 8.3% year-over-year, driven by U.S. manufacturing, technology and workforce lodging demand tied to data-center construction. CEO Chris Nassetta said on the earnings call that AI investment and public infrastructure spending are supporting demand into the fourth quarter. System-wide comparable RevPAR grew 5.8% and adjusted earnings came in at $2.45 per share, both beating Visible Alpha consensus estimates of 4.3% and $2.36. Analysts had expected full-year RevPAR growth of about 3.5%. Revenue rose nearly 7% to $3.33 billion but fell just short of estimates, and shares dipped more than 2%. Hilton stock is still up nearly 20% this year.
