Herc Holdings Inc. (HRI) reported third-quarter profit of $104 million on Tuesday, with adjusted earnings of $3.91 per share beating the $3.08 average estimate from three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research. On a per-share basis, the Bonita Springs, Florida-based equipment rental supplier said it earned $3.10. Adjusted figures exclude one-time gains and costs. Revenue for the period came in at $1.36 billion.
