Hawthorn Bancshares Inc. (HWBK) on Friday reported third-quarter net income of $7.1 million, or $1.01 per share. Adjusted for merger and acquisition costs, earnings came in at $1.23 per share. The Jefferson City, Missouri-based bank posted revenue of $30.5 million for the period, with revenue net of interest expense at $23 million.
