Howmet Aerospace Q3 Profit Rises to $567 Million, Revenue Up 29.4%

Howmet Aerospace Inc. (HWM) reported third-quarter earnings of $567 million, or $1.42 per share, up from $385 million, or $0.95 per share, a year earlier, the company announced. Excluding items, adjusted earnings came in at $584 million, or $1.46 per share. Revenue for the period rose 29.4% to $2.703 billion from $2.089 billion last year. Looking ahead, the company guided next-quarter EPS to $1.49 to $1.51 on revenue of $2.740 billion to $2.760 billion. Full-year EPS is forecast at $5.49 to $5.51, with revenue of $10.290 billion to $10.310 billion.
