IDEAYA's IDE849 Shows 60.8% Response Rate in Second-Line SCLC; Phase 3 Trials Planned

IDEAYA Biosciences (IDYA) reported updated Phase 1 results for IDE849, a DLL3-targeted antibody-drug conjugate, showing antitumor activity in relapsed small cell lung cancer and other neuroendocrine carcinomas. The company plans to initiate Phase 3 registrational trials in extensive-stage SCLC and neuroendocrine carcinomas following FDA discussions. Median overall survival reached 17.4 months in second-line SCLC and 14.7 months across second-line and later-line patients. The confirmed response rate was 60.8% in second-line SCLC.
